Light and Plus include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. This gives you time to explore all features before committing.

Starting the trial

Select your desired plan on the pricing page and click Start free trial. No payment method is required at this point.

During the trial

You have full access to all features of your chosen plan during the trial. There are no functional restrictions. Meters you connect during the trial remain active when you switch to a paid subscription.

What happens after 14 days?

If you haven't added a payment method by the end of the trial, a 7-day grace period begins. During this time you can still view your data, but you cannot connect new meters or configure integrations.

After the grace period, your account is reset to the Community plan:

  • Only your first meter remains active.
  • Integrations are disabled (Light/Plus features).
  • Data is limited to 3 months (older data is deleted after a transition period).

Converting your trial to a subscription

Add a credit card or SEPA direct debit under Billing → Payment method. Your subscription will then start seamlessly after the trial — without interruption.
