Profile & Security

Your personal account settings are found under Profile (click your name in the top right → Profile).

Profile Details

Here you can change your name and email address. If you change your email address, you will receive a confirmation email at the new address.

Changing Your Password

  1. Navigate to Profile → Password.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter the new password twice (minimum 8 characters).
  4. Click Save Password.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

2FA protects your account even if your password is compromised.

Setting it up:

  1. Navigate to Profile → Two-Factor Authentication.
  2. Click Enable.
  3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password).
  4. Confirm with a one-time code from the app.

Backup codes: After activation, 8 backup codes are displayed. Store these securely — they allow access if you lose access to your authenticator app. Each code can only be used once.

Disabling 2FA: Navigate to Profile → Two-Factor Authentication and click Disable. You will be asked for your current password.

Browser Sessions

Under Profile → Browser Sessions you can see all active logins with browser type and approximate location. Use Log Out Other Sessions to end all sessions except the current one.

Language

The language setting switches between Deutsch and English. The change takes effect immediately across the entire app.
