Export Data

On the "Data & Export" page you can view your measurement data in a table and download it as a CSV file. You can also see how reliable your data is.

Measurement Data Table

The table shows your readings with timestamp, OBIS code, value (kWh), and quality level. You can filter, sort, and page through the table by time period.

CSV Export

Click "Export CSV" in the header to download the measurement data for the selected period. The CSV file uses a semicolon as the delimiter and can be opened directly in Excel, Google Sheets, or your energy management system.

Data Quality

Note: The data quality chart is part of the advanced analysis and requires a higher plan tier.

The data quality chart shows a pie chart of what share of your readings falls into each quality level:

Data quality: pie chart with L1 (measured, green), L2 (estimated, yellow) and L3 (unreliable, red) — here 94.8% of values are measured.
Data quality: pie chart with L1 (measured, green), L2 (estimated, yellow) and L3 (unreliable, red) — here 94.8% of values are measured.
  • L1 — Measured (green): Actually measured values. This is the normal case. Aim for an L1 share above 95%.
  • L2 — Estimated (yellow): Values estimated by the grid operator because the measured value could not be transmitted. Individual L2 values are normal and have little impact on the analysis.
  • L3 — Unreliable (red): Preliminary values with limited reliability. L3 values are replaced by the grid operator with L1 or L2 values after some time.

If your L1 share is consistently below 95%, this may indicate a communication problem with the smart meter. In that case, contact your grid operator.

The quality levels (L1, L2, L3) follow the OBIS code conventions of the Austrian energy market. The exchange period for L3 values is 15 days for energy communities and 60 days for general data exchange. After this period, L3 values are replaced by the grid operator with measured or best-estimated values.
