Payment Method & Invoices
Billing is managed through the secure Stripe portal — your payment details are stored exclusively with Stripe, never on our servers.
Updating your payment method
- Navigate to Billing → Payment method.
- Click Manage payment method — you will be redirected to the Stripe customer portal.
- Add a new credit card or SEPA direct debit, or replace the existing method.
- Return to the app — the change takes effect immediately.
Supported payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA direct debit.
Downloading invoices
All invoices are available as PDFs under Billing → Invoices. Click an invoice to download it. Invoices are also sent automatically by email to your account address.
Invoices include: invoice date, billing period, plan booked, amount, VAT, and a unique invoice number for your accounting records.
Failed payment
If a charge fails, Stripe makes up to 3 retry attempts over the following days. You will receive an email notification.
Your account remains active during the retry attempts. If all attempts fail, your subscription is paused and you will be asked to update your payment method.
Update your payment method under Billing → Payment method to settle any outstanding invoices and reactivate your subscription.
