Set Up Data Delivery
Data delivery connections are push-based delivery targets: as soon as new readings arrive, energiedaten.at automatically sends them to the system you have configured — no polling required on your end.
Connections and Routes
The model has two layers:
- Connection: The delivery target — a URL, an MQTT broker, or an email address. One connection can receive data from multiple meters.
- Route: The assignment of a meter to a connection. A meter can route to multiple connections at the same time.

Automatic Deactivation
If a delivery fails 5 times in a row, the connection is automatically deactivated and you receive a notification. No further delivery attempts are made until you have checked and reactivated the connection.
You can find the delivery history and error details under Delivery Logs & Errors.
